Tried the Duchy Organic whole milk again steaming it a bit more slowly and all was fine. Oops...

I've been happy using Yeo Valley Organic whole milk from Waitrose for at least 6 months with no problems.

I don't think it's fair to blame the cows - most of them don't have internet access so can't post to defend themselves.
