Too Much Coffee

Hi guys, sorry I have not been around for a while. I had a few health problems that have taken far too long a time to recover, I can now drink coffee again, my espresso machine is repaired and I have just completed my first roast in over two years.
My first job is to trawl through the forum to catch up on any news, rules and any insults I can get away with. Be kind, I spent two years drinking water.

Sorry to hear of your health problems motoman. That is tough having to live on water for two years -- it must be a buzz to get back into coffee again!

It’s great to hear from you. I was literally only thinking the other day that you had not been around for ages, but the forum is very quiet these days so I figured you might just be around and about like the rest of us.

So what did you roast for your first outing in the roaster in two years?
