The forum search didn't "work" after cutover from TMC 1 as I deliberately chose not to copy over the keyword list and keyword match - these tables are huge.

Following the level of "feedback" on this subject I caused the site to rebuild these tables overnight.

Forum search should now be effective.

Another question about 'searches'. I accidentally hit "view unanswered posts" instead of "view new posts". When I clicked the right link, I got a message saying: 'You cannot perform a new search so shortly after another search, please wait".

Is that a bug, or a feature? Or should I just learn to live with patience? ;)

That's a feature. There's something called the "flood interval". It's an anti-bot measure and is the minimum time between actions. It's set to 15 seconds now and was set to 15 seconds on TMC 1 too.

Patience or else we'll have to call you "Bender"
