Day out in Edinburgh

Postby qwerty69 » Mon Jan 18, 2010 6:57 pm

I'm planning to organise a spa day (or something similar) in Edinburgh for my girlfriend and was wondering what cafes you'd reccommend I visit while she's off relaxing?

Kilimanjaro in Nicolson Street serves SQM amongst others. It has a great reputation and I doubt you would be disappointed. The owner, Jon is a member here. He also runs Wellington Coffee in the city.

Thanks Cakey, I think I'll take a look at both.

I was thinking about trying Artisan Roast on Broughton Street.

Any others I should consider?

Yeah artisan is really good, and offer french press and pour over which is a pleasant change.
