Glad to hear you woke up James, I was worried you got caught up in the BBC Ross-Brand saga during your sleep study.. and that you're drinking coffee again!

Gven that I'm only just back from the pub.... If anyone wants to join Mark and I for a jolly in town and check out who's "doing it right", then please send us a pm and we'll see what we can sort out.
Billy, expect a visit from the TMC inquisition ;-)

Great stuff,
Ill be on the look out for a cake eating purple monster, and a Mr Silly look-a-like who drinks coffee!

We're closed on Saturdays, but PM me if you're heading down on a Saturday, and I could try arrange a private opening if I'm around.

there's a cool time out guide featuring the usual list of good places

http://www.timeout.com/london/restauran ... ondon.html

it's cool to see lantana in there despite being open a few months. there's definitely some shit choices as well which is a shame. i'm definitely going to check out cafe oscar in ladywell seeing as it's 2 mins down the road from me

Fire up Browny.

Good list of cafes.

Its only two peoples opinions, people need to loosen up and have a mugaccino of Harden the Fu** Up, (my fellow Australians familiar with Ronnie Johns sketch of Chopper Reid will now what i mean, You Tube it, it hilarious!!)

Righto

Interesting to see how many places had a copy of the article on display on Saturday.

I must say, I'm enjoying reading the comments left by others, in a purely perverse way
There's no way that it is the "definitive" guide that it pretends to be (typical journalism there), however, some of the addresses are worth a visit, even if the reviewers probably don't really know or understand why  A lot of it seems to be about cool places to "hang out".

Good luck to those who were mentioned, let's hope they keep their standards up. None of the places mentioned are as cool as our own Billy's though
All we need now is for Gwil to dump a cart and set up shop on a boat instead! Now there's somewhere I would definitely visit on a regular basis. Come on Gwilym, you know you want to
