Check out "The Joy of Coffee" in Temple bar next time you're in Dublin. They buy their beans from a guy who roasts locally. Delicious.

The guy behind Ariosa is Michael Kerry - also doing some nice blends for Fallon & Byrne. Nice to hear him getting some good press in Dublin. He is based in County Meath and is called in the trade a micro roaster - dont know when you move from micro to macro - is it annual tonnage?
