Oh George, George, George :P   I am far too sick today for you to be making me laugh like this *cries of ouch heard between coughing fits* I probably shouldn't even be posting... I'd tell you all what I mistook the smell of freshly ground coffee (6 days post-roast) for, but then I'd be forever banned from TMC and ordering from HB  :(

   *hasn't had coffee for the last two days*   cause I can't taste & enjoy it
This week, I'm mainly recovering :DAll I've got is my Aerobie AeroPress | 70's Aurora/Brugnetti HX Spring Lever | Mazzer Mini E & SJ (on loan) | Hottop | Nestor Martin (Toto) Gas Roaster | Eva Solo | Moka Pots

Sorry to hear you're ill Beany...that's not so good. You should take more care of yourself and rub Vick over your chest before being sewn back into your Liberty bodice. This works for me every time.
I was out on my bike this morning and in 30 minutes I had sunshine, rain, hailstones and snow. I was wearing for the first time a rather nifty garment called "rain legs"....we're talking cutting edge here. These look rather like a suspender belt with these bits that come down only over the fronts of the legs and are fixed with elastic and Velcro and various straps. They attracted a great deal of attention and not a few offers.

it might go well with the Liberty bodice that George wears after he rubs Vicks on his chest when he's ill

You insolent young filly!
I do no such thing being far too manly. This advice is for spirited young things such as yourself. I ignore these minor ailments as being of no account to a strong, macho male such as myself. This is denied to you unfortunately in that being female you cannot possess the necessary strength of mind bequeathed to me by my gender.

Sigh.

Look at you lot derailing my thread about good espresso with tales of lycra tights and things.

Shocking!

If only I could confiscate your espresso machines as punishment.

Sorry about that Paws, but I've been to Aberdeen on numerous occasions and it may be that the least said about it the better.

Well GeorgeW...

I'm actually from Dundee but have lived in Aberdeen for 5 years.

I think the less said about Fife the better. I think the only interesting thing I ever saw in Fife was a flock of Seagulls.

Just Kidding!
