True. Interestingly enough, however, he has really learned to purr, picking it up presumably from his step brothers. It isn't exactly the same sound, but the best he can imitate and he does it when we pet him.
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters. I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

Somewhat amusingly, given comments regarding "true Italian roasts", a Hasbean roast was recently used to win the Italian Barista Championship!
The times they are a changing!
This week I are feeling sleepy!

I am not at all surprised, congratulations Steve. Perhaps we can look forward to the day when people think of a Hasbean roast as a "true Italian roasts".

I'll see if I can find out what the coffee used was.
I believe there are 5 people using Hasbean roasts for the UKBC next week.
