As soon as I saw it I thought I would love to make one and add a few multimeters, webcams, perhaps an Arduino and a few PID's and interface it to the Roast Logger to "improve it".

There is no hope for me now. I have gone over the edge. :shock: :shock: :lol:

Ah, another hi-tech freak. I suppose when dsc sees this he'll want to PID it. :twisted:

Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!
