Do you know where your cat is?
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

Haha!

I sometimes get a stock/umami kind of smell from smelling the grounds. A bit like minestrone soup!

I haven't experienced the "meaty" smell after roasting but am always intrigued by the smell just at the start of a roast. Always reminds me of those blue schoolgirls' knickers drying on a radiator.......could be just me of course. 8)

I love these threads that suddenly appear from the Twilight Zone, weird smells and wet knickers. Remind me never to shake hands with George.

I quite often find smoky bacon crisps in Old Brown Java aroma and taste.

There is nothing as delicious as bacon to be found in an OBJ!
