Roasting in Argentina

Postby dwitting » Sun Feb 22, 2009 10:50 pm

I am having in this idea I need some advice, guidance and help:

I want to open a coffee place where you can go and we will roast coffee beans for your taste. You can choose between different types of green beans, you give us 1 hours and we are roasting your selection of coffee beans.

Is that feasible?

If yes,

1. what kind of roaster do I need?
2. where can I find one (preferred a used one for the beginning) and
3. what are the does and don'ts ? ( I have no experience with roasting)
4. where can I buy coffee beans in Argentina?

Is anyone living in Buenos Aires I can meet? or willing to come for a while to give me a help?
