Just for the records... and because I like to add pictures: a pic off the ECM Giotto brewgroup and the Heat Exchanger (with only one tube going through it though...)

I don't know, I'm afraid. Theoretically yes you could use both hot water and brewing water at once but I would check for your chosen model if this matters to you.

La Spaziale Vivaldi S1 espresso machine. HotTop KN8828P roaster. Chemex manual drip for most brewed coffee plus cafetieres and eSantos.
