Here's a weird question, is there a way to brew a pot of coffee without the smell? I started a new job just after christmas in the wonderful world of IT and brought some of my coffee making equipment from my cafe with me. My the boss doesn't like coffee, thankfully though he has been Ok so far, but we've just had a new sales rep start who is allergic to coffee (the horror) and has been complaining about the smell. In all fairness if we used instant it probably wouldn't be as bad, but lets face it, that's not happening. We actually grind our own beans as well as brewing so the smell can be quite potent in a small office. So this morning I've been challenged with the task, is there a way to brew a fresh cup of coffee that will contain the smell? We're happy to sacrifice some of the flavour if needs be.
I'm really baffled about this, hope someone knows.
