Go and get some good coffee out of the clover. Then wonder what's it all about. Then go again and get some good coffee out of the clover. Slowly begin to grasp it. Take another one. You'll eventually get it
At first I thought "hm well good coffee" ... but then, that's all it can do - it makes really really really great coffee out of really really great coffee beans ground by a good grinder n stuff

I spent this morning hanging out with Zander who is the boss of Clover. It is a great piece of kit. On a very basic level you can set the volume of liquid, dwell time and brew temperature for a specific coffee allowing you to brew coffees by the cup in around a minute that taste much closer to four minute infusions (like a press pot) due to the modified brewing system.
What kind of thing would you like to know about it?

Sounds like an exciting piece of kit. Things i'd like to know are - what prompted them to put a tap on the top, where you put the coffee, whats inside the thing, how much coffee, what grind, etc etc.
Cheers,
Phil.
edit: i stopped being lazy and found this link which has helped me to understand it a little more.

Oh, I didn't realize I was talking to the boss all the time in Bern ... that's why he knew all business numbers instantly when asked
. Top man he is!
