Actually I am getting some new t-shirts from Intelly so I'll do a few more shots so he can have some variety.

Don't encourage him. He'll end up in his shrine all day and nothing will get roasted

Sometimes it does look a bit like a shrine:

When I was there he kept muttering all glassy eyed about various plooms of smoke rising from the roasts looking "Jim-like" and then he would bow and put out the chimney fire with a deft flick of an old Cachoeira sack. The stuff of legends :P

Hey Baz - are you still open over the winter?!? I still haven't been up to Scarborough to check you out yet! I'd quite happily settle for your non-espresso COE, as it's the wifey who's into this espresso stuff!

He Baz, that's really not bad. From opening to first vacancies in just a few months? Must have good staff! Or did you close your shop?

Shop stayed open no problem Lukas, have great staff and superb manager/head Barista . Plus I have finaly learned i am Not actually that indispensable ...(Gulp)
Of course i take full credit for being the bright spark who selected said personel. Main backbone are people who were previous customers/coffee nutters who became friends and just loved coffee so seemed to make sense to get them on board ! trouble is what the now get free they used to pay £5 plus per day to feed there addiction ...LOL
guess what they do on days off as well.... yep in every 3 hours for a coffee. and no one ever phones in sick.
aint the world of coffee just MAD!
