Electric moka pot

Postby phil2spill » Thu Jul 13, 2006 7:38 pm

Just in case anyone's interested, Tchibo in the UK are selling an all stainless-steel electric moka pot for £20 -- seems like a good deal:

They only stock things for a couple of weeks at a time btw

These moca pots are nice - and practical - But isnt i moca and not espresso, they produce?
I have used a similar one C3 made in Sweeden for years now - at home (when guests dont like "the real thing" from my Silvia.
And the pot is very practical, when you are on tour on fx. a camper. You can plug it in almost everywhere and have your coffe ready in minutes :-) And normally you dont have to pay for electricity..
Unfortunately Tcibo sold out long ago.
