Mezzer Mini service manual

Hello, we've been using a Mezzer Mini grinder for the last 5 years and now its not grinding coffee even tho the motor operates.
Can anyone please tell me where I can get a service manual.

hi,
the manuals are (at least to me) unavaileble but i'd say you need new burrs

If you've gone 5 years without service and probably cleaning of the gunked up burrs then I think a thorough disassembly and cleaning is needed, not major reservice.
That means taking the burrs apart and having to vacuum out and poke loose congealed, hardened and stiff grounds. I recently got a 10 year old rocky and it was horrible on the insides before I cleaned it out.
