Starting point:
- The heating top of my turbo crazy has one switch for controlling both the fan and the heating element.
- I am too lazy to lift up the heating top to control the roasting temperature n times a roast.
- I want more control
Solution:
I decided to add another switch that controls the heating element separately. Now I am able
to maintain my temperature setting more precisely. I call this the Turbo Crazy Lazy Roaster mod,
since I no longer have to lift the top up until the roast is ready - did I hear 'Lazy German' ?
Oh, another thing I found out is that the the top that comes with the stir crazy is perfect for cooling down.
Here are some pics about my latest mod (using Nicaragua La Fany)
