There's a security upgrade that I need to apply which requires me to de-install Apache, rebuild APR (Apache Portable Runtime - used by Apache extension modules) and then re-build Apache .
So for those who don't understand techno-babble, this means that TMC will be unavailable while the above process is performed.
Should take 10 - 15 minutes. 30 tops, but only if something goes wrong. I'm going to try and get it done before I have my supper and fall asleep.
(All together now - poor old sod!)

And it was so ..... NOT
I should have guessed that the APR change would have forced a complete recompile of all of the PHP modules - but the documentation said nothing about that. If the documentation geezers worked for me, they'd be on the street.
Sorry for the extra delay. Even after all of that, I've had to cut out mod_ssl and mod_dav_svn support. None of my clients use SSL (it wasn't switched on before, even though it was built) and only I use Subversion - and then only via svnserve, not apache.
So it's all good, I suppose
Bed time.

Half past ten? Almost 1am here and I'm still working! Besides, I thought you slept less as you got older... not entirely sure how that's gonna work for me, given the little sleep I already get
Still, least you got it sorted Phil! |

I'm back to commuting to Staines every day (150 mile round trip by road), with a 6 AM start each day.
So Graham, if you read this - Dom's teasing me again and it's all your fault! :pout: |
